Mejoras en su salario y condiciones laborales es su pedido .
En la mañana de este lunes, trabajadores contratados del municipio de Rivadavia hicieron llegar un reclamo formal en busca de optimizar sus condiciones de trabajo.
El pedido llegó a manos del subsecretario de Trabajo; Jorge Oribe y se atiene a la leyes 20. 744 y 24. 013 y resoluciones del Ministerio de Trabajo, empleo y seguridad social de la provincia.
Las bases de este reclamo están principalmente en el derecho a acceder a la planta permanente, puesto que, según manifiestan, hacen más de 8 años se desempeñan en condición de contratados.
Esto último, también repercute en el suelo percibido, lo cual, según el reclamo, tampoco se ajusta a la legislación vigente antes mencionada
