Al referirse a una encuesta sobre los trabajadores de prensa que se ocupan de temas políticos, mencionada por Jonathan Viale en su programa de Radio Rivadavia, el ministro afirmó que, «por mérito propio», el periodismo «tiende a desaparecer». «Esa encuesta no es otra cosa que un anticipo de lo que inevitablemente va a suceder a menos que el periodismo tome nota y cambie: es una profesión que tiende a desaparecer. Y nada tiene que ver este gobierno. Es puro mérito propio», posteó Caputo. El Gordo Dan pidió a Javier Milei meter presos a periodistas por decreto En medio del constante ataque de Javier Milei a los medios de comunicación, el influencer libertario Daniel Parisini –conocido como «El Gordo Dan»– había pedido al Presidente que «meta preso a algún periodista por decreto como hizo (Raúl) Alfonsín», en alusión a lo ocurrido durante el gobierno radical en octubre de 1985. Vecinos del Barrio Cooperativa Laprida ya tienen la plaza totalmente renovada
El intendente Fabian Aballay, junto a vecinos y demás autoridades departamentales, dejó inaugurada la obra de remodelación de la Plaza del Barrio Cooperativa Laprida, en la Zona Norte de Pocito. La obra incluyó importantes trabajos que dotaron a este paseo de un mejor servicio de seguridad y esparcimiento. Se instaló un sistema de iluminación LED en todo el predio, varios juegos infantiles, aparatos de gimnasia, bancos y hasta una cancha de futsal para que toda la familia pueda disfrutar de este nuevo espacio. A esto se sumó la parquización y forestación como también la construcción de veredas internas y en todo el perímetro. Tras la cuente regresiva con los vecinos, el intendente Aballay inauguró la iluminación, cosechando el aplauso de todos los presentes. Posteriormente, el secretario de Obras de Pocito y Servicios Públicos, Enrique Madrid, expresó que la remodelación de esta plaza completa la obra anterior que se realizó en este barrio y que consistió en reemplazar el sistema de iluminación anterior por luz Led. “Cuando inauguramos esa obra el intendente Aballay se comprometió en remodela la plaza. Nos pusimos a trabajar para poder lograr este gran cambio que estamos viendo. Cuando llegamos a la plaza no tenía veredas ni luces y generamos nuevas instalaciones para que disfrute toda la familia”, dijo Madrid. Durante el acto de inauguración también se llevó a cabo la entrega de camisetas y elementos deportivos al equipo de futsal del Barrio Cooperativa Laprida. En ese momento el intendente se dirigió a todos los presentes dándoles las gracias por su acompañamiento y anunciando más obras para la Zona Norte del departamento. “Estamos muy contentos de venir a inaugurar la remodelación de esta plaza que ha quedado muy bonita, entendiendo que la plaza siempre debe ser el lugar de encuentro para la familia. Realmente me llena de orgullo ir a los distintos barrios y villas del departamento generando diferentes obras que mejorar la calidad de vida de los vecinos y embellecen cada sector. Aprovecho para decirles a vecinos de Villa Huarpes que vamos a comenzar a trabajar en una primera etapa vamos a mejorar la iluminación y la remodelación de esa gran plaza que tiene”, sostuvo Aballay.
El IPV impulsa un plan para que unas 1500 familias puedan escriturar sus casas
Se tata de un plan que beneficiará a adjudicatarios que esperan esta resolución administrativa hace décadas. El IPV trabaja para resolver esta situación en barrios de siete departamentos. El Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda (IPV) lleva adelante un plan para que cerca de 1500 familias de distintos departamentos de San Juan puedan acceder a la escritura de sus viviendas. En muchos casos, se trata de situaciones que llevan décadas sin resolución y que impiden a los adjudicatarios contar con el título de propiedad. Uno de los avances recientes se concretó en el barrio Lagunas del Rosario, en el departamento Sarmiento. Allí se firmó la escritura de dominio a favor del IPV, lo que permitirá iniciar el proceso de regularización dominial y avanzar con las escrituras individuales. Las viviendas fueron adjudicadas en 1991 y desde entonces no se había podido completar el trámite correspondiente. Posteriormente se firmó el convenio con vecinos del barrio Círculo Policial o Fragata, en Chimbas, que cuenta con 125 viviendas adjudicadas en 1998; y del barrio Villa San Martín, en Pocito , con 58 viviendas adjudicadas en 1999. Actualmente, se trabaja en la misma dirección en barrios de Capital, Rawson, Zonda, San Martín, Santa Lucía y Jáchal. En algunos casos, se están finalizando las transferencias de dominio al IPV, mientras que en otros se obtuvieron poderes que habilitan al organismo a firmar escrituras en representación de entidades intermedias que fueron responsables de los proyectos habitacionales y que hoy se encuentran inactivas. Durante años, estas condiciones impidieron que las familias pudieran avanzar en el trámite de escrituración, a pesar de haber cumplido con sus obligaciones como adjudicatarias. En este contexto, y con el impulso del Gobierno de San Juan, el IPV asumió el compromiso de intervenir y facilitar soluciones dentro del marco normativo vigente. Estas gestiones se desarrollan con el objetivo de completar el proceso de acceso a la vivienda, entendiendo que la escrituración otorga seguridad jurídica sobre la tenencia y permite consolidar el derecho real de dominio. Con estas acciones, el Gobierno de San Juan continúa implementando una política habitacional que incluye tanto la entrega de nuevas viviendas como la resolución de situaciones pendientes, garantizando el cumplimiento del derecho a la propiedad. Cómo escriturar una vivienda La escritura de una vivienda adjudicada por el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda (IPV) es un acto jurídico clave para formalizar la propiedad de un hogar. Este proceso otorga el título de propiedad, y para quienes han cumplido con los requisitos, representa la culminación del acceso a una vivienda propia. El trámite debe realizarse de manera personal en el Registro Notarial Especial del IPV, ubicado en el Centro Cívico. Entre los principales requisitos para iniciar este trámite se encuentran la presentación del DNI y la constancia de CUIL tanto del titular como del cotitular. Además, es necesario acreditar el estado civil de los beneficiarios: en el caso de los casados, se debe adjuntar el acta de matrimonio actualizada y la fotocopia del DNI del cónyuge; los divorciados, por su parte, deben presentar la sentencia de divorcio certificada; y los viudos, el acta de defunción de su cónyuge. También es indispensable contar con la resolución de adjudicación de la vivienda y, si la propiedad está completamente pagada, la resolución de cancelación. Adicionalmente, es necesario obtener el certificado de Avalúo Catastral y el plano de mensura apto para escriturar, ambos solicitados en la Isla de Catastro del Centro Cívico. En caso de tratarse de un inmueble bajo el régimen de propiedad horizontal, se debe presentar un informe de estado parcelario, que se tramita en el quinto piso del Centro Cívico. El procedimiento comienza una vez reunida toda la documentación. Los interesados deben acercarse a la oficina del Registro Notarial Especial del IPV para entregar los papeles, tras lo cual recibirán un comprobante de recepción. Posteriormente, deberán esperar a ser contactados para continuar con el proceso. Es importante destacar que el trámite puede demorarse entre 8 y 12 meses, dependiendo de la cantidad de solicitudes en curso. Para consultas adicionales, los interesados pueden contactar al IPV por teléfono o correo electrónico, o bien, dirigirse personalmente en los horarios de atención habituales.

En la mañana del martes 29 de abril, los legisladores integrantes de las comisiones de Salud y Discapacidad, y Educación, Ciencia, Técnica y Cultura, llevaron a cabo sus respectivas reuniones para analizar los diversos proyectos presentados. Salud y Discapacidad El encuentro estuvo encabezado por el presidente de la comisión, diputado Gustavo Núñez. Participaron los legisladores Stella Caparrós, Marta Gramajo, Juan Carlos Quiroga Moyano, Marcela Quiroga, Marcelo Mallea, Enzo Cornejo, y Cristina López. En la ocasión, analizaron y emitieron despacho favorable de dos proyectos de Ley remitidos por el Poder Ejecutivo que proponen aprobar los siguientes convenios: Educación, Ciencia, Técnica y Cultura Más tarde, los diputados que integran la comisión de Educación, Ciencia, Técnica y Cultura se reunieron para acordar el día y horario de encuentro y conocer la agenda de todos los proyectos que tomaron estado parlamentario para luego ser analizados por los legisladores. La reunión contó con la participación de la presidente de comisión, diputada Alejandra Leonardo; y los legisladores Marcelo Mallea, Mónica González, Andrés Castro, Miguel Vega, Cristina López y Rosana Luque. En la ocasión, acordaron llevar a cabo las reuniones los días martes a las 9.30 horas. Por último, realizaron un repaso de cada uno de los asuntos que han sido presentados en la comisión, para tomar conocimiento de ellos y comenzar con su estudio en los siguientes encuentros.
